While some items will carry the label “organic” we do not feel that the label is the end all be all. Obtaining the certification comes with a hefty price which can serve as a hurdle for small independently owned farms. Our relationships with the farms we utilize are practicing sustainability and responsibility harvested.

This is a loaded question with so many answers. Supermarkets are built upon the ideals of more is better. They look to sell mass quantities in a short amount of time. The Butcher & The Bull does not have a “turn and burn” philosophy. We put forth effort and time hand selecting the BEST quality of products that uphold and are aligned with our mission and vision. We are offering high-end steakhouse cuts of beef and wild game without the high-end prices. Also keep in mind that supermarkets can get pretty deceiving with their labeling. They are not interested in supporting small independtly owned farms and factories… They are supporting whatever fluffs their bottomline.
