Our products are sourced directly from independent farms and ranches, which means that every cut that you purchase is guaranteed to be ethically sourced and sustainable.
We carry a carefully curated selection of wild game like bison, wild boar, elk, venison, and quail, along with the finest Certified Piedmontese Beef and Grassfed Wagyu.
How it Works
Orders can be placed through our SHOP. That’s where you find the best in wild game, pasture raised meat, artisanal provisions, baked goods & more! Once your order is placed, we will reach out via text message to confirm the date and time for pickup or delivery. We offer complimentary hand delivery for orders over $150 within a 20 mile radius of our shop. Any orders that select delivery and are under $150 will have a $20 delivery service fee added on to the final bill. Local pickup is offered as well, which would give you an opportunity to shop our well appointed and tastefully designed butchery boutique!

For those who appreciate the finer things, we also offer small-batch snacks, including salami, jerky, sauces, rubs, and spices. These are products you will not find in commercial food stores, made by small-batch companies that share our commitment to quality and ethical practices. Whether you visit us in-store or choose local hand delivery, we are here to provide you with the best options for your table. Our gifting concierge service adds a special touch, perfect for corporate gifts or personal celebrations.
