Lowcountry Kettle Bloody Mary Chips

Over at Casa Short Creek, we enjoy a preprandial martini now and then, (our preference: up with a twist, and not too dry, and ice cold please!), and you’ll almost always find a few slices of salami to nibble alongside. And that got us to thinking–in a “Hey, you got your chocolate in my peanut butter!” flash of inspiration–what if we put the gin in the salami? Well, here’s the answer, featuring Tamworth Distilling’s floral and funky White Mountain Gin!
