Our Ground Bison is pure meat with no added fillers. This Ground Bison has a blend of 15% fat and is 85% lean. Great for meatballs, burgers, meat loaf and more! As part of the “Never Ever Program” our Bison are never administered antibiotics, steroids or hormones. The quality of this meat is fantastic, so you can even use it for a tartare. This tender red meat is similar to Beef in color but has a slightly sweeter flavor.
